*****I AM STILL IN THE PROCESS OF EDITING AND FINISHING ALL THE CONTENT FOR THIS WEBSITE*****
****MY GOAL IS TO HAVE IT FUNCTIONING, WORKING 100%, DONE BY MID MAY2018****
I chose to create a Website, blog thing for my pet pig Fred. On a normal I day I post way to many photos of him on my Facebook and Instagram. I am worse then the lady who post a
million pictures of their kids and you just want to scream and say stop. So I figured this
is a fun outlet, educational, productive to share bits and pieces of Fred day, and his
unique life. Many people are intreated by him just dew to his size. Fred isn't your typical pig! Fred isn't a mini pig, or pot belly pig he is a Mix of sorts from a normal farm. Fred is already huge at 450lb but he is still growing. Pigs grow up tell they are 3years old. If we wouldn't have ended up with him he probably would be inside someones freezer if we hadn't been given. The story of how we ended up with him is a good story. You will find it on his about me page.
So he isn't even normal by pet pig standards. He exproxmitly weighs in at 450lb and still growing. He has a busy
exciting life of putzing around and explores 4th and Main Street in Antonito, Colorado. When he isn't sun bathing
he is most likely greeting customers at the local Dispensary, 420 Green Genie. His shear size can sometimes intimidate people. The funny thing is my dog Layla will be barking her head off and Read is quietly sweetly grunting and they would run towards the scarred unsure dog over the pig who whats a scratch on his head.
A little update on Freddy; he's doing fabulous. His family thought it best because of his enormous size he be moved to a farm. He's allowed to free roam 40 acres and has made numerous new animal friends. He's able to root and run and really is thriving. We were just afraid someone might get UNINTENTIONALLY knocked down by Freddy and since we don't want anything to happen to Freddy he was sent to early retirement. Here's some pics of his antics and new life. ...
